Good luck with all the time wasted looking for an answer,  but whomever said, unplug your tv, anything hooked up to it, and unplug your router should be highly rewarded with a big bag o’ cash.   This worked for me.   I did every option except changing the dns  - that looked too scary, I did re-set, went to every available thing available.   Use my phone as a hot spot?   Come on?   Lg is supposed to be the best and this is something someone had to figure out as an option? Very disappointed with my new tv not being smartly,  and  I was too stupid to know how to agree to a user agreement, was making me think I actually had to hire someone to figure this out.  I am in a learning curve with this, and the smart tv scenario is really defeating, but unplug, wait and find your user agreement and agree to them!   Netflix marathon is happening.

I tried everything — rebooted both the TV and my modem multiple times, even figured out how to locate and change the DNS setting.  Nothing worked UNTIL MY BRILLIANT WIFE suggested that maybe I would need to click "OK" on both the User Agreement button and the Privacy Policy button before it would allow me to access the "Agree" button.  Hah!  The solution turned out to be simple, but not at all obvious or intuitive.  Shame on LG for designing such a mysterious, unfriendly interface.

      Hello,
I regently got the LG 43UF6409 and have been pretty happy with it so far.
When I tried to open netflix or the LG conten store, it's starting to load the user agreements- those could not be loaded due to a server error(loose translation from german). If I retry to load those, it does not load either.
I've reset the TV to factory reset and it gives me the same error. It's connected to the wifi, shows me that it is connected to the internet but still won't load the user agreements.
Also tried to look for software updates (it's 3.20.40)- if I try to look for updates, it could not find any.

Previously, my TV (LG32LM6300PLA) worked so that when I turned Power on in my headphones, I got the message Pairing followed by Connected. At the same time I got a button on the screen named Connected (so far I remember)  and when I clicked OK on it with my remote control I got rthe sound in my headphones and it disappeard in the TV-set. When I shut off the power in my headphones the sound disappears in them and is back in the TV-set.
Remaining at Settings the soundshift works, i.e. when I turn on the power on the headphones I get sound in them and when I turn the power off it disappears in them and I have it back in the TV instead. But when I leave Settings for watching TV this setting  disappears.
What am I doing wrong ?
