0 George Hofmeister Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 Hi Rita, Sorry that you are having issues with your new TV, unfortunately the problem with the User Agreement form is quite common with the TV struggling to use the settings provided by our internet service provider. If you have a look at some of the other threads on the issue you will find that setting the TV's DNS settings to those of Google's DNS server you will be able to get past your issue: https://www.lgwebos.com/search/?q=user agreement Quote
