Just taken receipt of my new G5 series TV and I can't see ITVx, 4OD or Channel 5 apps on the LG app store.

webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

I’d love to see a new feature in the next software update where the sound mode automatically adjusts based on the app being used. For example, when opening music apps like Apple Music or Spotify, the sound mode could switch to Music Mode, and for streaming apps like Netflix or Prime Video, it could switch to Cinema Mode. This addition would make the user experience so much smoother and more convenient!

Question
ALLG
Suddenly all apps stopped working today, Dec 25, 2018. No Netflix, no Amazon, no Dolby app, no LG content store, Nothing.
I assumed it was a network issue, but the TV says the network is fine and this is proven by the fact that (1) the TV is correctly setting the date and time using a time server, and (2) I am able to access network device in my home. My home internet is working perfectly.
I tried reinstalling the firmware. No go. The built in reinstall doesn't connect either. I downloaded the correct firmware and put it on a USB stick. The TV sees the stick if I navigate to it, but doesn't prompt me to run the firmware update.
Finally, as a miserable, undesirable, last resort, I reset the TV. THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER!
Does anyone know how to fix this?
