Question

Hi,

I was curious about the internet speed via the ethernet port on my 55B8PLA, I have measured 40-50Mbs in some different sites(on browser), however I have a 100Mbs connection. I have tried it on my laptop(unplug the cable from the TV and connect it to my laptop), and it shows the 100Mbit speet. I can't find why the TV has half of the full speed...

Thanks for the help.

However I try to find the listen mode off, as I read it is affect the wireless speed. After starting the Screen share, there is no listen mode off option, just the connection histry, and a guid for connect phones. My problem with the wired speed.

The 55b8pla has a 100Mbit port.

      Hello,
I need help, I bought LG Oled 65 C41 LA tv two days ago, tv is working mostly fine, except when I watch LG installed streaming platforms ( Netflix and MAX tested ) tv freezes and after about 10 seconds it restarts. It does not have any pattern as far as I know, sometimes I can watch 20 mins, last two times after six minutes it crashed and restarted automatically. Can someone please help me, how can I resolve this issue? Did someone had sam problems already? Is my tv broken or I can do something to fix it?

      Specs: LG OLED 55C3
      Router speed: 250mbps
      System: webOS 2.3
I have an issue with the connection when testing the speed via the web browser in webOS. Both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections (I also used 5 GHz) have very low speed: 17 Mbps. I tried changing to use USB to LAN (USB 2.0) to at least reach 100 Mbps, but it doesn't seem to be working.
Any ideas on how to fix it?

I have a 48" OLED (Model: OLED48A26LA).  after updating to software version 13.30.61 the Sky New Live feed just displays "There was a problem with this video [timeout]".  It worked perfectly before the TV software upgrade.
Ive reinstalled the Sky News app but still doesnt work.  wifi etc is all ok.
      Any ideas?

      Hello,
I have a problem with the subtitles when I try to share a video wirelessly directly from my PC to my LG 55SM9010PLA TV. I am not talking about sharing the whole screen (it lags a bit), just the video itself.
Sharing the video itself works well, but randomly the TV randomly does not recognise the subtitle, the sub option is not active in the TV menu, and there are no subtitles. It is in the same folder on my PC as the movie (.mkv), with the same name. In case of some movies it works, in case of others not, and I do not see the reasons why.
First I tought it is becouse the format of the subtitle needs to be ".sub", becouse it worked with one movie. So I have learnt how to convert properly ".srt" to ".sub" - but still no success.
Then I realised, in the case of another movie ".srt" worked on the TV, so I got really confused.
I see no logic behind it.  Could you help me, what is the key here, what am I missing?
      Thank you!
