Hello, -ZE on the end of serial number means? What? 49 is size U is screen J is year 510 is class and so on... V is televizion and what is that -ZE 😮 ?

Indeed, it could mean that the TV has a black bezel and dual legs as opposed to a silver bezel and a stand.
