To whom it may concern,

1. Please begin a conversation with the VPN software companies and ask if they are ready to support the LG family of  SmartTVs.

2. Please start to support the 2018 LG TV operating system webOS to Apple’s ecosystem. At least two of the LG TV, C8 and E8, with the Alpha 9 intelligent processor should be more than able to share content to their TVs using AirPlay 2.

Hi PHS,

You can start the conversation with the VPN software companies yourself, as this is a user-to-user forum you could let other people on the forum know how you get on and even post any contact details you acquire so other users can get involved.

TVs that have or will have compatibility:

I would not hold your breath for compatibility to be released for anything that is already on the market or has been discontinued.

Hi George Hofmeister,

I will send them a line or two and ask them; you can be sure of that. If I get an answer, I will post the reply on this forum.
Have you heard what it is between the C8 and C9 model that is so different that the C8 is not compatible with AirPlay2?

It is unprofessional on part of LG TV that they do not resolve the basic issue of adding app gCmob in their app store.
My 50UT80506LA LG WebOs TV does not support my office security camera system via wifi to TV.  We need (gCmob app) in list of app.
I can't connect my office camera via Wi-Fi to LG-TV. No body in LG TV technical team is proactive in resolving the issue of customer. They are more happy to befool the customers, rather than looking for technical solution through wider thinking.
Please talk to you top management and make a visit to our office to understand the customers plight..
      Please respond to customers needs.
