If you are losing your connection to WiFi every now and then you might find things work better if you give your TV a static IP address. I did when I was using a BT Smart Hub to provide my internet connection.

To change to a static IP just untick 'auto' in the WiFi settings. You can either try leaving the settings with the same values that were assigned automatically before or change the IP address to one outside the normal range your router assigns by DHCP but still in the same subnet.

You could try going to Settings / General / Reset to Initial Settings and hope that that gets it going.

You could also try completely removing power from the TV and leave it like that for 15 minutes before reconnecting power and trying again. I've been told that's supposed to reset some stuff to factory settings too.

The Wifi module was not working and an lg reprezentative  had to replace that wifi and bluetooth module. Now is working as it should.

Is there any risk by doing this

As  I was saying, simply resetting and power cycling does not work. Resetting the magic control also does not work.

I ordered 3 necro-cannibalized modules from China, and none works either. Since there is a chance that one of them was good still exists, I am beginning to suspect some self-destruct feature. Because USB also still works and what could happen destroying only one USB port(wifi), and not harming all others, connected to the same controller.

Are there any other ideas? I get the same message listed in the above picture.

Power cycling, manually setting date and time, switching to Canada and back to USA, none have solved the issue.

Trying to programme my magic remote to control an Amlogic OTT, however keep getting a ‘temporary issue occurred’ when I try. I’ve been trying for over a week now, so this temporary issue isn’t so temporary!

      Hello,
A few years ago I bought a 43" LG Model 43UK6200PUA, manufactured in 2018. I'm from Canada but I purchased this TV in the US. It was a store demo unit on for a great price. I took it home to Canada, set the location to Canada and setup up in our bedroom.  It has been working fine with our Fiber TV service as well as Netflix, Amazon etc. We also to have a 60" LG TV in the living room which was purchased in Canada. This TV is similar in age to the one in the bedroom. Recently I started watching the LG channels on the living room  TV. I hadn't really paid much attention to them before but now I enjoy them. My problem is that the LG channels do not work on the bedroom TV. I suspect because it was purchased in the US but located in Canada. With the location set to Canada the LG channel guide populates and shows what's on however when I select a program I get the following message.
LG Channels can't be serviced if a user changes 'LG Service Country' from Settings. In order to use LG Channels service, please restore 'LG Service Country' to its condition of original purchase
So if I change the location to the US I get this message.
Sorry, LG Channels is not available in your location. Please set your location to your current location in the settings. If you are in the service area, please visit www.lgappstv.com for help.
As you can see the messages sort of contradict each other also the website mentioned www.lgappstv.com is not working. I suspect that the location for this TV is set to the US at some deeper level. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is unprofessional on part of LG TV that they do not resolve the basic issue of adding app gCmob in their app store.
My 50UT80506LA LG WebOs TV does not support my office security camera system via wifi to TV.  We need (gCmob app) in list of app.
I can't connect my office camera via Wi-Fi to LG-TV. No body in LG TV technical team is proactive in resolving the issue of customer. They are more happy to befool the customers, rather than looking for technical solution through wider thinking.
Please talk to you top management and make a visit to our office to understand the customers plight..
      Please respond to customers needs.
