Can someone help how can I enable to India Airtel option using EZ Adjust option. I tried to change continents setting but unable to get enable this option.

If any LG webOS TV user has found this option enable pls share me the continent setting

Pls help

      We need Airtel Xtreme play app on web os natively, on content store it is an important ott just like prime video, 
      Reason: having this app originally in lg store helps in utilising hdr -10 and other advanced options as the native settop box has only normal HDR,
