CinePlex App

Question

My TV suddenly stopped being able to play any videos from the CinePlex App.  Seems to coincide with the last WebOS update but LG and CinePlex are blaming each other (of course).

TV model is 50LB6500-UM

OS  1.4.0-2533  (afro-ashley)

CinePlex App  3.6.0  (though Web Store says it is 3.0.13 in the description)

Can't even load a trailer.

Completely factory reset the tv, checked updates, reinstalled app and still not working.

Anyone else seeing this?
