I have got this TV not to connect to any set top box or any HDMI and use it as smart TV by watching the OTT's how can a smart TV maker not think smartly and give me an option to come out of the loop?

It sounds like you have set the TV up to be connected to a set top box or other feed when it should have been setup as just antenna. It is looking for something you said was there when it isn't. Try running the setup wizard again and chose OTT antenna only as the source of signal. You will still be able to use other inputs when you need to.

      Hi all,

      I'm Danny and have a problem with my LG OLED65C8;

since a few months when playing movies, either from my Syno NAS or just plain USB, subtitles are being displayed double (over or above eachother) or are displayed for sometimes minutes after the sentence's been spoken. The videofiles haven't got any hardcoded subs but either subs included in the mkv container or as separate srt of ssa file. Disabling subs removes the display of subs, enabling subs results in double or persistent subs.

Subtitles have been disabled in the accessability menu, factory reset did not help.

I searched but as far as I can see this problem has not been discussed yet, also googled and never came across this problem. Perhaps someone here can help?

      Kind regards, Danny

      SOLUTION, for me at least:

I used ColorControl to reboot the TV. It's weird that a factory reset did not work but a simple reboot did.

      Hi,
My problem is that my Netflix app on my LG tv (OLED65B13LA) keeps selecting the leftmost button, it's impossible to scroll the cursor to the right to select another button. I tried resetting the tv to factory defaults - after installing Netflix again the issue is exactly the same.
I also tried disconnecting the tv from power for a few minutes. Plus I contacted Netflix, but they said I need to contact TV manufacturer before they log a possible bug in the app :/.
My Amazon Prime app works perfectly fine on the same tv.
      Any thoughts?

I used to extend my screen from PC/Notebook to my TV but i stayed a long period without do it.
It happens that since a few days ago i am needing it and for my surprise is not working anymore. Tried other cables, updated the drivers and O.S. but nothing worked. So i decided test at the room's TV (LG as well) and worked perfetcly.
I looked for all internet and youtube for similar issues and a solution but couldn't find it, until i receive my weekly mail from this forum and remembered it.
I am suspicious that was one of the several updates since i extended for the last time that made this!
So, does anybody could help me, please?

      Thanks in advance!

According to the SSL/TLS certificate test, we didn't see any problem, please advise what is the problem that displays the error "This web page is not available" when enter the site with domain "www.itoons.ir"?
