IPTV Smarters not exist in LG content store

Hello All,

i just purchased new smart LG TV , but when i search for IPTV smarters app it is not found on the LG content store 

appreciate if anyone can support me please to solve that issue 

TV MOdel : 65UN7440PVA

      Hello , There is no setting to select subtitles for series and movies, I tried clicking on the colors on the remote, but nothing worked, I poked around in settings and found nothing.       Everytime when we are watching a program we like very much.
      Suddenly appears on the left side of the screen some Recommended content.
      It takes too great part of the screen, and besides that the content it shows is not what we like too.
      I closed my account on the telly, but still it shows up every day.
      I can not find a solution for it.

      Since around 10 days, the iptv smarters pro on my lg smart tv, stopped displaying my xaccount details, i tried to remove the app and reinstalled it again, but i'm unable to add new user, though i have a newer lg smart tv, everything is working fine on it
