@Diego Garrisi Does that happen ONLY during your Sky box programme viewing? Have you ever seen it using Live TV?  If the Sky box only, I would guess it COULD be just a "waiting for data"  status indicator, if it is a very quick, occasional thing (as it appears to be, in the 6 second video). Is you box fed via a Dish, or Antenna (Cable TV), or internet feed only?

@td47 thanks for the answer. That happens with antenna tv, ps4, or netflix. I tried several time with all the options. At the end i decided for the drastic option, reset to factory settings.. and it worked!! Now that yellow line doesn't show up. I think that was my fault.

UPDATE: I think i've found the culprit. Amazon alexa app. Few minutes ago, I tried to reinstall and link the tv to my echo dot via the lg official skill. Instantly after, the yellow bar came back popping up. After removing alexa app the yellow bar disappeared.

How do you remove the Alexa app though? I tried to remove it the normal way and it won’t let me
