@Michael Burnd It sounds like a screen fault, but if you post the LG TV model and year of purchase, and country you are using it in, PLUS upload/insert a photo of the issue, some experts on here might have advice or suggestions.

I can see the bright part near the bottom. It looks like screen damage of some sort. Has anything been pushed against that part of the screen, or anything fallen against it just prior to you noticing this?

It certainly does not look fixable.

      Recently while watching TV, the screen goes blank and then this message appears  'The app needs to close to save memory'  then the TV reboots to the program being watched.
      Any help and information as to what causes this would be appreciated.

      Date problem after 03.51.15 update

      After recent software update of LG OS software update 03.51.15, there is constant problem with Date.  Date is not setting properly and getting defaulted, due to which browser and most of the apps are not working.. Have tried to reset to original settings and remove automatic date setting option then tried setting manually.. but every day its resetting to old date.

      Problem simultaneously using hdmi soundbar and headphones in 3.5mm jack

      I've just purchased an OLED48 C44 LA which comes with a US 60T soundbar. I've connected the soundbar to the HDMI earc socket. Because my hearing isn't too good I'd like to also have some heaphones plugged into the 3.5mm socket so that both the hdmi earc and 3.5mm socket have sound simultaneously. I've been into accessablity menu and the listen together option doesn't appear to offer both hdmiearc and 3.5 mm simultaneously. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
      just to be clear, There is a setting which permits TV speakers plus wired external headphones. I just haven't found a setting which allows HDMI earc soundbar plus wired headphones.
