I have updated my OLED65C9PLA firmware to 05.00.10 yesterday, since then when I launch the Photo and Video app (the app that comes with the TV), I only get a black screen :(

Nobody has answered on my post, so I feel alone...

OMG......that’s not good news.....do you know a way to roll back the update ? Apparently it’s possible, of the previous firmware can be found, done from a USB pen I think....have you reported this to LG ?

My TV updated this evening and now won't stay turned off! It just kept turning itself back on straight after I turned it off. I've had to turn it fully off at the wall! Hoping lg will realise and issue a fix. Once it's sorted I think I will turn off the auto update function, so that I can check for issues before updates are installed.

      Sky News stopped working after the webOS update

      webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
      I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
      Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

      Our TV just did an update and now certain buttons on the remote aren't working, and the TV won't stay on if it even comes on at all you get a dark blue screen and that is it.. such a great update. Now what do we do? The remote batteries have been changed and it still isn't working correctly. We unplugged the TV and then replaced it in.. ugh..

      What have happen with screensaver? 
      It doesnt appear now and its dangerous for my Oled C3. It May cause burn in. 
      Why its like this now and when it will be fixed?

      LG 49UB850V LED TV Easy Way to Update or Install Network Browser

      My LG 49UB850V LED TV  browser is too old. The most of the pages not work any more. How to easy update just one simple browser app? For example, often browser show error during open new page. It show certificate expire problem and page not load at all.
      This mean LG sell product without update at least browser certificate and now we are stuck and can not even load one page from WWW. 
       
      Shame on you LG. I will not buy any more from you.  How dificolt is to release new update to update OS certificates? Microsoft Windows did this, android did also for old phones, etc... Really, can not undestend this asian people from Korea.
