How do I add an APP

hi,  can I not download any app I like? I wanted to ad Les Mills On Demand so I can exercise from TV screen as it doesn't work well via the internet browser option but it appears I can't download my own Apps?

That's correct you can't add any app you want just ones that were written for LG smart televisions. May I suggest you contact Les Mills and see if they have any plan to have an app developed for LG smart TV's.
