@Pankaj tripathi You have not told us what LG TV you have, but anyway, try unplugging the TV from power for 6 minutes or so, plug it back in and retry it. If still bad, try unplugging your home router for a couple of minutes to clear its memory and data buffer queues, and plug it back in, wait for a few minutes for it to fully initialise, then try your APP again.

If still bad, see it there are any firmware updates pending for your TV (check in TV settings, "about TV" or similar).

      Last input behavior changed after update

      Hello, after the last update of WebOS (6.5.0.-24) there is different behavior of returning back to previous input on my TV. When I was watching a Live TV and opened an app like Youtube, after closing it (holding the return button) it used to return to Live TV. The same with HDMI input, when I was playing on Playstation and the opened an app, after closing it it returned back to PS. Now after the update, it always go to the Home Screen when the app is closed. I only found in setting to return to last input when turning the TV on instead of Home Screen, but didn't find the same for the behavior after closing an app. Is there a way to fix it?

      Hotstar problem on Web OS 3.51

      After Upgrade of WebOS to 3.51 my Hotstar is giving problem. We can open the app and select program but when we select program we get black screen. No streaming is happening.  What is solution?

      Sky News stopped working after the webOS update

      webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
      I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
      Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

      ABC Iview has stopped working on my LG smart TVs.

      It starts ok but when I select a program it just sits there with the 'wheel' turning. It works ok on my phone and ipad. Have tried updating tv operating system and iview app but they seem to be at the latest version. Anyone else having problems?

      PLEX app on both LG Tv's won't connect after last update

      We have two LG TV's that stopped connecting to our PLEX media server after the last update. TImes out saying "Checking connection speed to Raspberrypi" which the PLEX is on
      Upgraded the Mesh Routers before trying anything, still only the PLEX app doesn't work
      Our other TCL TV and Roku and TIVO still work with Plex, so this is only the LG TV's that can't connect anymore.
      Another annoying error after the last update is that any Streaming app (Amazon, Netflix, and DIsney) now fall out of the app and go back to HDMI port 1 if we pause for 30 seconds.  Which we have always done for a Bathroom break or getting drinks.
