@Pankaj tripathi You have not told us what LG TV you have, but anyway, try unplugging the TV from power for 6 minutes or so, plug it back in and retry it. If still bad, try unplugging your home router for a couple of minutes to clear its memory and data buffer queues, and plug it back in, wait for a few minutes for it to fully initialise, then try your APP again.

If still bad, see it there are any firmware updates pending for your TV (check in TV settings, "about TV" or similar).

      Sky News stopped working after the webOS update

      webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
      I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
      Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

      Last input behavior changed after update

      Hello, after the last update of WebOS (6.5.0.-24) there is different behavior of returning back to previous input on my TV. When I was watching a Live TV and opened an app like Youtube, after closing it (holding the return button) it used to return to Live TV. The same with HDMI input, when I was playing on Playstation and the opened an app, after closing it it returned back to PS. Now after the update, it always go to the Home Screen when the app is closed. I only found in setting to return to last input when turning the TV on instead of Home Screen, but didn't find the same for the behavior after closing an app. Is there a way to fix it?

      Hotstar problem on Web OS 3.51

      After Upgrade of WebOS to 3.51 my Hotstar is giving problem. We can open the app and select program but when we select program we get black screen. No streaming is happening.  What is solution?

      ABC Iview has stopped working on my LG smart TVs.

      It starts ok but when I select a program it just sits there with the 'wheel' turning. It works ok on my phone and ipad. Have tried updating tv operating system and iview app but they seem to be at the latest version. Anyone else having problems?
