Stop start-up band of choices when tv is turned on?

I am not sure what the  band of choices  that pop-up when the TV is first turned on and now an addition band of smaller choices now appears above the first band. Is there a way to turn off the appearance of all these bands at start-up? Sometimes they disappear right away, sometimes not. Is there a way to stop these start-up choices?

Glidance was awarded $10,000. Innovation for Impact:  – Oncoustics is transforming low-cost point-of-care ultrasound devices into powerful diagnostic tools for early detection and monitoring of liver diseases using AI. Oncoustics received $10,000 for its selection as Innovation for Impact company. This award category was sponsored by LG Chem. In addition to cash prizes, participants will have the chance to explore further collaboration through LG NOVA’s , which seeks to support innovative startups through potential collaborations, partnership programs, marketing opportunities and other resources.
      “We’re excited to recognize startups that are truly pushing the boundary of what’s possible, developing technologies that have the potential to make an impact on people’s lives,” said Dr. Sokwoo Rhee, corporate executive vice president for innovation at LG Electronics and head of LG NOVA. “These companies are leading the way in critical fields like healthcare, cleantech, AI and life sciences and we look forward to exploring opportunities with them as they continue to advance their innovations.       Kiosk Mode im Fullscreen to display a website on startup

      Hi,
      i am in the process of purchasing several LG digital signage displays and need some more information before i place
      my order.
      I need a function like kiosk mode to start a website in full screen mode on device startup.
      The device would be a LG 43UH5N-E installed is webOS.
      Is this posswible with the onboard functionallity of webOS or do i need a 3rd Party App ore something?
      There is no need for a pagerefresh or such things, only display of es simple Website.

      Way to turn off the annoying sound the TV plays when it’s turned on or off?

      One of the annoying aspects of my experience with my model #55UQ7570PUJ LG TV is the short semi-musical sound clip that the TV plays when it’s turned on and off. My golden retriever is often napping and he doesn’t appreciate hearing it. I poked around in the menus and didn’t see a way to turn it off. Any ideas?

      Brand new LG TV (WebOS 8x) WILL NOT stay off when turned off with the remote?

      Brand new LG TV (WebOS 8x) WILL NOT stay off when turned off with the remote?  Out of the box, connected to internet, seems to have been updated, and working fine.  But when I hit the power off with the remote, the TV reports 'Life is Good' seems to turn off, i.e. go into standby, and then a few seconds later, turns back on.  If the device connected to the TV on the last active HDMI port is OFF, I get the No Signal warning.  So I know the active HDMI input is not generating any signal.  I want to believe that any other device on any other HDMI port might be an issue? But then the TV would switch to that HDMI port, no?  This is really an issue!  If I use the phone app I can turn off the TV and it seems to stay off, at least does not come back on in a few seconds like the remote?  If I send 'standby' via HDMI-CEC, that seems to work as well, the TV seems to stay in standby mode.  This a bug?
