@Susovan Mondal Many owners think that Smart TV's are similar to PC's, or Android Phones, and that you can install any available APP. However, you can ONLY install the apps you see in your LG STORE for YOUR TV model, in YOUR country/region. There are many reasons for it, mostly down to hardware limitations, and OS limitations, AND it requires the APP developers to develop them for the specific model series, and WEBOS level capability. Copyright and DRM also come into play, as not all manufacturers have the same licencing deals.
