LG Content Store Missing

Hello there,

I can't seem to find the LG content store. Model is LGTV55UN7000PTA.

First thing to try is reboot your router (unplug power and wait 30 seconds then plug back in).  This has fixed issues for me before.  Internet connection can become irregular without occasional router reboots.  You may have internet connection but some website access or streaming services can become slow or unresponsive.

I've actually been using my mobile hotspot for internet connection. Could that be the issue?
