Before we start with Roku set up process, it’s essential to make everything ready. Here is a list of concerns that you need to take care of:

  • Turn on your Roku T.V., properly connect the Roku Box or Streaming Stick via HDMI port to your T.V.
  • For 4K-enabled Roku Streaming Stick or Box, including Streaming Stick+, Roku 4, Premiere, Premiere+, or Ultra, ensure to connect your stick or box to T.V. with HDCP 2.2 compatible HDMI port.
  • No matter what you have among 4K-enabled Roku stick, box, or T.V., You should have access to fast internet speeds that could support 4K.
  • If you are setting up Roku 1 or Express Plus, you can connect these to your T.V. through composite video and analog audio connections (for analog T.V.s.)
  • Make the remote control ready to use by putting batteries in it, and power plug the given cord or adapter of your Roku T.V., stick, or box.

YOu need either a roku stick or other  streeaming device because the CW app is not available on LG tvs. See devices

      Hello, Not sure if you can help, the user manual certainly CAN'T help!   When I first setup the monitor, It asked what the default mode will be, I selected PC, and default input HDMI1 I have it connected to a MAC Mini M4 with HDMI cable, every time the Mac Mini goes into sleep mode or I leave for a while, the Monitor Switches off,  cannot be woken up by the mac mini by hitting the keyboard or mouse as per normal monitor. I have to power ON the monitor with the remote and manually select HDMI1 to go back to using the Mac Mini I can't find the settings section to check the Default Power on or wake up Mode settings are, the manual does not provide this information. Very annoying!

      ABC Iview has stopped working on my LG smart TVs.

      It starts ok but when I select a program it just sits there with the 'wheel' turning. It works ok on my phone and ipad. Have tried updating tv operating system and iview app but they seem to be at the latest version. Anyone else having problems?

      I can't find the Spotify app on the LG Content Store. When I search it, there is no result. Anyone can help me to get Spotify on LG Smart TV? I tried to use DRmare Software to download Spotify songs to USB flash drive and play them on my LG Smart TV offline for free. But I prefer to use it via the Spotify app directly.
