web browser doesn't work anymore

Hello everyone.
I have Lg smart tv sm8100 PVA, which is not even 2 years old and last week I've noticed that web browser doesn't work anymore. When I click on the web browser icon, nothing happens. Everything else works fine, youtube, netflix....
I Updated Tv software to 05.20.15 but web browser still not loaded and nothing happens. 

What should I do?

      LG TV won't work after update

      Our TV just did an update and now certain buttons on the remote aren't working, and the TV won't stay on if it even comes on at all you get a dark blue screen and that is it.. such a great update. Now what do we do? The remote batteries have been changed and it still isn't working correctly. We unplugged the TV and then replaced it in.. ugh..

      Browser crashes on BBC news site/website

      My WebOS browser always crashes if I go onto the BBC news website. It is the only site I have this problem with. I've tried the usual solutions, clearing the history/cache/cookies and I don't think it is memory as I have no other problems. Ever so grateful for any suggestions. TIA.

      How do I get my voice recognition to work again

      A couple days ago My LG Oled voice recognition stopped working.
      If I speak to it it just says "Voice not recognized"
      I have tried many things I found online to fix this issue with no luck.
      One suggestion was to go to Settings>all settings>general>AI Service>Voice recognition service and change to LG ThinQ.
      But the  Voice recognition service tab is gone. There is only voice recognition settings tab 
      I would rather not have to reset to factory settings unless there is a way to save / export my current seating's
      Any suggestions
