Jio cinema app required on Web OS India

FIFA World Cup 2022 is exclusively going to stream on Jio cinema app in India but app is missing from web os content store. Pls add it asap. The app is available on Android TV

Please add Jio cinema to WebOS store for the 2018 models asap. I bought it LG TV in 2018 having model name 32LJ573D-TA , but could not find jio cinema sony liv etc  apps there.

The reason that an app for Jio Cinema has not yet been added to the content store is that the owner, Viacom, have not yet either created one or it has not yet been approved for the store.

LG do not make apps for the platform as they do not have access to the information that would be needed to create an app for a client's infrastructure.  Companies such as Disney et al are not going to give a third party access to their proprietary information and servers.

If you would like an app produced you need to badger the content providers to do it.

I have an LG TV having model number 43UJ632T. The content store of the TV does not have the JioCinema app. Request you to please help in as to how to install the JioCinema app.

I can’t understand how this wasn’t checked before giving them the rights to stream the World Cup!? I mean what were they expecting? People would watch it on potatoes?

This is very pathetic that jio cinema app is not available in lg content store for LJ573D model which is already web os on it. May I know when it will get resolve.
