Hi, I've just bought an OLED G2 83. It's all working fine but I cannot get any apps or login to my LG account on it. I can login on my phone and can connect to the TV on that. However, when I try and install any apps, the TV says that I need to sign into my LG account. When I input my details, I get 'The email address that you entered has already been registered with Facebook account. Do you want to login with Facebook Account?' Clicking on OK just takes me back to 'Sign in on TV LG Account Sign In' so I am stuck in the same circle.

I have tried to reset my password through the LG site but, as I am in Portugal, I am getting a message saying that you cannot use social media sites to login in that country.

What should I do?

I've still got this problem!!

I can't login with a Gmail account as it says I must go through Facebook. Is there a way to delete the Facebook account somehow?

LG Support are uncontactable.

I can now get the TV to connect to my LG ThinQ account (which shows all my other devices). However, my email address comes up as Account to Sign in but when I click on it says 'Unable to sign in'. I find this all incredibly frustrating for such an expensive TV and LG Customer Services are hopeless.

Anybody got any idea what to do or how you delete your LG account and start again?
