neato! preferences

link hidden, please login to view
, by Geoff Gauchet (or Zhephree, as he is known around these parts) is an amazing app that brings the ability to send any text or URLs between your webOS device and your computer (or another webOS device) with almost no effort at all. While you only need to have neato! active in the dashboard to receive any message, you need to actually open up the app and tap the "Send to" button to bring up a screen where you can send off a message. However, Geoff has made this process a little easier by giving you the ability to add a neato! "To Computer" icon to your launcher that you can quickly access to save you a step in the process.

To add the icon to a launcher page:

  1. Open up neato! (if the dashboard is active, you can press the open neato! from dashboard icon to launcher the app
  2. Scroll down and select the "Prefernces" button
  3. On the Preferences screen, just tap the "Add Launcher Icon" and a "To Computer" icon will appear on the bottom of your first launcher page

Whenever you need to send off a neato! message, just tap that icon or use to find it. Now, if only Geoff can add in a Just Type Quick Action to send to computer, we could remove yet another step in the process!

is available in the webOS App Catalog for $1.43 and is compatible with all webOS devices running webOS 1.4.5 or higher

Since the Web OS update last week, the line on the Home Screen with all my apps has changed.  Now Apps is the first one in the line.  I do not want it there, but cannot move it.  If I go to the end where it shows Edit Apps, I can click on any app to move it or delete it.  But, the Apps icon is grayed out and cannot be moved.  My neighbor has the exact same model I do -- LG OLED 653PUA -- and it is not like that on his tv.  He can move the App icon anywhere he wants.  This is very annoying as it defaults to the Apps icon when I click on Home and then I need to click to get to YouTube TV, which until the update was always first in the line.

After a few years, I am seeing a small white intermittent icon on the top right out of the field of the movie being watched that looks strangely like a space shuttle circling the globe, complete with a trace of its path.  Can anyone clue me in, please?  I have a picture of it.

      Hello,
I connected an hard drive to my LG OLED TV via USB. My TV is connected to my home network via Ethernet, as is my computer.
I would like to access the hard disk from my computer. Is this possible? How can I do this with Windows 10?
Note that I don't want to connect my hard drive directly to my computer but to my TV (because my home network is quite unstable).
I thank you in advance for all your help.

I am seeing some sort of a small white icon intermittently flashing at the top right of the screen while watching a 4K movie.  I use this TV primarily for 4K movies.  Changed batteries in remotes for: TV, LG amplifier, and LG dvd player.  Cannot identify icon as it is not on long enough.  WTF is it?

      Hello
I am trying to develop one app for LG smart tv, and I have one LG smart TV at home.
I am facing one issue with the app icon on the home page.
It is smaller in size than the size of the icon space , even I have set it to 1920x 1080 or 1280x1280.
How much bigger size I take, it still leave some space around the actual image of the icon and shows a black space around the icon.
